Tamiya America Inc. returns to the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach in 2012.

 

Irvine, California USA [January 11, 2012]

Tamiya America, Inc. announced today their participation in the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, on April 13-15, 2011.

 

After the success of the 2011 Toyota Grand Prix, Tamiya will be returning to Long Beach as a Sponsor and Exhibitor, to increase awareness for the hobby grade radio control and plastic model market.

A major component of the event is the Lifestyle Expo, which is help at the Long Beach Convention Center. The Long Beach Convention Center is centrally located within the temporary street circuit that is assembled every year to run the racing event. Over 185,000 spectators are expected to pass through the event during its 3 days of operation exposing Tamiya and the hobby industry to mainstream and motorsport enthusiast crowds.

 

The Lifestyle Expo contains many attractions for the Grand Prix attendees including a Kids Zone, Indy Lights Paddock, race simulators and more. Tamiya America, Inc. will showcase many hobby grade products featuring numerous radio control vehicles, plastic models and mini 4WD slot cars. The 50x110 booth will display the many aspects of the hobby industry that Tamiya is heavily involved in.

 

Tamiya invites you to come visit their booth located near the Indy Lights Paddock. Radio Control products will be on display and demonstrated at the 2012 Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach.
