New, unopened* products purchased on TamiyaUSA.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. (see "Items that are Not Returnable" below) Shipping charges will be refunded if the return was due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong product, otherwise, shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not accept returns sent COD.
*If plastic shrink wrap or other original packaging has been removed, TamiyaUSA.com will determine if the kit is complete before allowing a full refund. If a refund is reduced or denied, you will be notified by email.
To return an item, please pack it carefully and use a carrier that provides a tracking number such as UPS or Fed Ex. For a printable shipping label and return form, go to TamiyaUSA.com, My Account, Order detail (containing the item you are returning) and follow the Return instructions.
If you are unable to use the printed label and return form provided on the web site, please
- 1) Include with your return a copy of the packing slip
- 2) Write the reason for the return and

If you have lost the packing slip please write your full name, e-mail address, phone number, order number and reason for the return on a piece of paper and send with your package.
