New, unopened* products purchased on TamiyaUSA.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. (see "Items that are Not Returnable" below) Shipping charges will be refunded if the return was due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong product, otherwise, shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not accept returns sent COD.
*If plastic shrink wrap or other original packaging has been removed, TamiyaUSA.com will determine if the kit is complete before allowing a full refund. If a refund is reduced or denied, you will be notified by email.
To return an item, please pack it carefully and use a carrier that provides a tracking number such as UPS or Fed Ex. For a printable shipping label and return form, go to TamiyaUSA.com, My Account, Order detail (containing the item you are returning) and follow the Return instructions.
1) Include with your return a copy of the packing slip
2) Write the reason for the return and
3) ship your return to:

Scratch & Dent Scratch and Dent products are tested and checked before being listed on our website. There are no returns on these items, they are sold as-is, all sales are final. If you have any questions concerning these types of items please contact our customer service department.
