Description
This photo-etched parts set is for Item 78011 British Battleship "The Prince of Wales". The HMS Prince of Wales took part in a number of important actions early in WWII such as the hunt for the German battleship Bismarck. She later had the misfortune to become one of the first capital ships to be sunk by airpower when she was sunk by Japanese bombers together with HMS Repulse.
Photo-etched parts enhance the models realism beyond what can be achieved using plastic model mold making techniques.
