    Description

    This is a 4-leg walking-type Mechanical Giraffe. It is part of the Tamiya educational Robocraft Series. Motor rotating power is transferred to the legs via crank plates to make the Giraffe walk. The long neck and legs, which have been specially molded to replicate the unique motifs of the actual giraffe, and body on which the gearbox is mounted employ transparent-colored parts, giving the giraffe a funky look. Reverse switch is also transparent, giving you a peek at the giraffe's internal mechanisms. Assembly is very simple with use of screws and snap-lock parts.

    Total length: 190mm, Total weight: 110g (w/ out batteries) Body material: ABS resin Gearbox, motor, reverse switch also included. A screwdriver for the assembly is provided. Requires one AA battery. Continuous running time with Alkaline battery, 1.5 hrs.

    Walking the Giraffe
    Run on flat, smooth surfaces. Avoid running over slopes, on bumpy roads or on long-haired carpet. The relaxed, long-legged walking style of the mechanical giraffe will provide hours of fun!
