Bmw 320I Racing Jagermeister

  1. Description

Released in 1977 as the second model in the 1/24 Sports Car Series, the BMW 320i Racing is being re-released as a limited edition item in the famous Jagermeister orange. New parts have been included to obtain an even more realistic replica.
In 1977 BMW took on Porsche in the Group 5 "Silhouette Formula" class of the world championships with their BMW320i. With a distinctive oversized spoiler and front fender, the BMW320i was able to snare 4 victories out of 9 races to take out the Group 5 championship. Also competing in the German Racing Championship, the BMW 320i displayed the characteristic orange of their main sponsor, German distillery Jagermeister.
The front louvers of the mass produced BMW320i (E21), which served as the base for the development of the race car version has been accurately reproduced. The new edition of the BMW320i Gr.5 features newly designed transparent and metal-plated parts for a realistic reproduction of the headlights. This kit also includes high quality decals printed by Cartograph of Italy. The 4-cylinder DOHC engine (see picture) has also been replicated down to the finest detail.

    • Overall length: 200mm, overall width: 84mm
    • The unique form of the actual car such as the large front wing and the over fenders have been accurately reproduced. Bonnet can be attached/detached even after completion.
